Privacy Policy

Yeti Cyber Ops collects only the fields you knowingly submit via our contact workflows: name, organisation, email, service topic, and message narrative. Transmission occurs over TLS to our Next.js application, which relays structured notifications to our internal Discord channel for triage — not to third‑party SaaS inbox tools.

We retain submissions long enough to respond and evidence delivery obligations. Automated retention windows can be tightened on request — contact the same inbox used for engagements.
